Job summary

Heart Math Tutoring seeks an Executive Director to lead a growing Winston-Salem program serving 170 students across three sites. The role focuses on strategic leadership, fundraising growth, and community partnerships to expand the program's reach.

The ED will drive relationships with schools, donors, and partners, oversee development operations, and work with a national team to ensure program quality and impact in Winston-Salem.

Qualifications

• Track record of fundraising success in Winston-Salem or similar markets.
• Experience building and implementing an annual development plan.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with boards and committees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with schools, donors, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual development plan for foundations, corporations, and donors.
• Lead regional fundraising including major gifts, grants, and events.
• Partner with grant writer and donor relations manager to submit tailored proposals.
• Oversee regional development activities and donor records and reporting.
• Report progress to the board and Executive Director of National Partnerships.
