Job summary

Movement Strategy Center seeks an Executive Director for Woori Juntos in Houston, TX. The role co-leads board and staff to a shared vision, oversees budgets, and advances a holistic strategy with impacted communities. The position is hybrid, with 2 in-person days weekly.

Lead fundraising, media relations, and strategic partnerships while ensuring accountability, inclusion, and program excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and an Asian language (priority Korean or Vietnamese) or Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead organizational vision with the board and staff.
• Lead fundraising and financial oversight to secure long-term stability.
• Represent the organization and build relationships with media and partners.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and audits with transparency.
• Ensure DEI and community engagement across programs.
