Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with substantial leadership experience in nonprofits.
• Proven ability to build relationships with donors, community leaders, and employers.
• Experience growing programs, fundraising, operations, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Houston fundraising strategy with national team.
• Represent STRIVE in regional meetings, conferences, and media opportunities.
• Build and staff STRIVE Houston Advisory Board and manage local grants/contracts.
• Lead program implementation, enrollment growth, partnerships with education and service providers.
• Oversee local budget, operations, facilities strategy, and vendor relationships.
