Job summary

CWJFON in Washington state is seeking an Executive Director to center the organization's mission while ensuring financial health and operational integrity. The role demands a visionary leader to advance immigrant justice, equity, and community partnerships across rural eastern Washington.

You will steer strategic planning with the board, strengthen fundraising, oversee budgets and compliance, and cultivate relationships with funders, partners, and volunteers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in the nonprofit sector.
• Proven fundraising and donor relations experience.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual strategic planning with board and staff.
• Support board development and community-informed governance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis and accountability.
• Drive diverse fundraising across foundations and donors.
• Manage staff and contractors to fulfill the mission.
• Lead immigrant justice advocacy and community partnerships.
