Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking an Events & Engagement Intern to help organize company events, manage ticketing, and support employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with a responsive team to ensure events run smoothly and culture is strengthened.

This hands-on role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and real-world project impact. You will gain exposure to cross-functional teams, build project management and communication skills, and participate in intern events and speaker series designed

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Experience with SharePoint is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support event ticketing and respond to employee requests.
• Communicate with employees and connect questions with the right team member.
• Help plan and execute in-person and virtual events.
• Coordinate invitations, schedules, vendors, materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Contribute to employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
• Improve event processes and identify opportunities for better events.
• Provide flexible team support for additional projects as needed.
