Join the People Are Why team as an Events & Engagement Intern and gain real-world experience in event planning, employee engagement. You'll work closely with a supportive and experienced team to help organize company events, handle ticketing and administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of event coordination and employee engagement in a corporate setting. This is a hands‑on internship for students who enjoy bringing people together, staying organized, sharing creative ideas, and seeing an event move from planning to execution.
This hybrid role has primarily weekday hours, with occasional evening or weekend support as needed and overtime eligibility.

Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $62,400.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
