Job summary

IGS Energy in Dublin, OH, is offering a Campus Talent Engagement Intern position designed for students pursuing degrees in HR, Marketing, or Communications. You will help tell the intern story, support campus recruiting campaigns, and build employer branding content with Canva and video tools.

You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to develop intern communications, create portfolio-ready work, and showcase authentic intern experiences across social channels and internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture intern success stories: collect photos, videos, and written stories that highlight intern achievements.
• Support recruiting campaigns: apply curated content to internship program awards and materials.
• Design communication materials: create branded templates and collateral for events and onboarding.
• Develop campus marketing content: support fall campaigns with messaging and social content.
• Produce creative media: create photos and videos that showcase IGS Energy’s workplace and culture.
• Create social-first storytelling: develop highlight reels and POV-style videos for social and internal use.
