IGS Energy is seeking a Campus Talent Engagement Intern to help bring the intern experience to life through storytelling, content creation, and employer branding. You’ll work with the Talent Acquisition team to develop content, strengthen intern communications, and support campaigns that attract early career talent.

This role is ideal for students who are creative, organized, and interested in marketing, communications, recruiting, and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Strong written and visual communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Canva or other video editing software.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest in storytelling, employer branding, or content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Capture intern success stories through photos, videos, and written stories.
• Support campus recruiting campaigns with engaging content.
• Design branded templates and collateral for intern events and onboarding.
• Develop campus marketing content and social content for engagement.
• Produce creative media showcasing IGS Energy's workplace and culture.
• Create social-first storytelling videos for social platforms and internal use.
