Job summary

IGS Energy seeks a Strategy Intern to join the Office of Strategy Management. You will help connect strategy to execution by supporting strategic initiatives, executive-facing communications, and high-impact projects across the business.

You will gain hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and change management while developing analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with exposure to leaders across functions.

As a Strategy Intern within the Office of Strategy Management, you will help connect strategy to execution by supporting strategic initiatives, executive-facing communications, and high-impact projects across the business. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support strategic initiatives: Assist with projects from scoping through implementation, rollout, and metric tracking.
• Build project plans: Develop project plans that capture scope, timelines, costs, and key milestones.
• Create executive-ready materials: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, and project documentation.
• Drive execution: Support strategic and operational plans that help move business priorities forward.

Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $62,400.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
