Job summary

SchooLinks is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. You will own event strategy and execution, from small district events to large nationwide conferences, with a hybrid work option for Austin locals.

The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on execution, and a bias for action. You’ll collaborate with Demand Gen and Sales Enablement to optimize for KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of events logistics and execution experience (SaaS strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with logistically complex in-person and virtual events.

Responsibilities

• Generate ROI from our event spend and manage event logistics for field initiatives including trade shows, Lunch and Learns, webinars, conferences, round tables, and company events.
• Travel to 3–5 events per quarter to ensure smooth execution and up-to-date market trends.
• Oversee event registration, swag inventory, shipping and lead capture; coordinate pre/post-event marketing.
• Create event landing pages and manage post-event follow-up and social promotion.
