Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC is seeking an Events Manager to build and oversee the firm’s conferences, sponsorships, and events, both virtual and in-person. You will standardize planning processes, manage budgets, and measure ROI across a growing event portfolio.

The role requires 5-7+ years in marketing or corporate events, strong organization, and excellent communication with stakeholders. Hybrid work options and a data-driven approach enable impactful client-facing experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, corporate events, or conference planning.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating budgets, vendors, contracts, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: professional services or B2B marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent event planning processes and documentation; align with Growth Leaders and Growth Strategists.
• Oversee event assets, logistics, and vendor coordination; manage budgets and cost efficiency.
• Define goals and success metrics; track attendance, leads, and business outcomes; produce reports.
