FIRST is seeking an Event Technology Manager to lead registration platforms, data management, and related tech for hybrid Jersey City events. The role requires managing multiple projects, working with clients, and coordinating with the events team to ensure smooth delivery.
Ideal candidate has 5+ years in attendee data management and event technology, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with Cvent/Splash/Certain/Aventri/Eventbrite. Hybrid on-site work and occasional travel are expected.

Location: Hybrid 3 days in Jersey City, NJ office (subject to change at any time to 5 days.)
The Event Technology Manager is responsible for assisting clients in navigating registration websites, supporting new technology platforms and data management while liaising with the event delivery team. This role will assist the events team by implementing, building and supporting new technology platforms, as well as utilizing advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage event information lists and appropriate reporting. This role may also need to provide support to clients needing assistance with their event and meeting coordination.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required with this role up to 40%.
5+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology, including entry level meeting planning and coordination with registration and event technology
The base pay for this position ranges from $86,091.00 - $99,005.00.This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
