• Four or more years of industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead event programs and coordinate with internal teams and partners.
• Manage on-site and pre/post-event activities including logistics and travel arrangements.
• Mentor coordinators and support hand-off from Sales to Operations.
