This role involves leading the program's design, development, and implementation, while managing customer engagement and vendor oversight. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing customer-facing programs, along with a relevant Bachelor's degree and knowledge of clean energy practices. This position offers a hybrid work model, with onsite presence required in Berlin, CT three times a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex, high-volume customer-facing programs.
• Requires working knowledge of clean energy program implementation or grants.
• Knowledge of budgeting + financial reporting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, marketing, and implementation of the EV Charging Program.
• Engage with customers/communities and manage program payments.
• Oversee vendors and partner organizations involved in the program.
