Job summary

You will balance customer service with takeoffs for lumber, siding, and roofing using PlanSwift, while building relationships with contractors and coordinating projects. The position offers growth opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, and competitive hourly pay with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service, sales support, or estimating experience.
• Experience reading project plans, blueprints, or construction specifications (preferred for estimating portion).
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions; support walk-in customers with counter sales and product guidance.
• Prepare estimates by reviewing blueprints, specifications, and project documents; perform take-offs and develop quotes.
• Grow residential & commercial sales within the company’s footprint and coordinate with internal teams.
