Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a hybrid ESG data governance professional based in Purchase, NY, with responsibility for implementing the ESG data strategy across ERC and cross-functional partners. You will collaborate with Sustainability, Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure governance and data oversight for ESG reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in control/reporting or sustainability/data analytics, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with Tableau/Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Information Systems, Sustainability or related field.
• 2+ years in a control and reporting role or sustainability/data & analytics role.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Aufgaben

• Work closely with the ERC and external consultants to implement ESG data management strategy.
• Support governance processes across ESG data collection, maintenance and transformation for reporting.
• Help implement ESG data control processes in a matrix organization.
• Travel domestically and globally ~5%.
