Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an ESG Data Governance Analyst to support the ESG data strategy across cross-functional teams in our Purchase, NY office. You will work with the Sustainability Office, Control, Finance, People, Legal, and Strategy & Transformation to ensure data oversight and governance for ESG reporting.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization with travel around 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years in data reporting or analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ERC and external consultants to implement ESG data management
• Govern ESG data collection, maintenance and transformation for reporting
• Establish governance processes for ESG data aligned with business strategy
• Travel domestically and globally as needed (~5%)
