PepsiCo, based in Purchase, NY, is seeking a role to support the ESG data strategy and governance. You will work cross-functionally with the Sustainability Office, Control, Finance, People, Legal and Strategy & Transformation teams as part of PepsiCo’s ERC, with travel ~5% as needed.

This hybrid role is based in Purchase, NY, and focuses on data collection, transformation, and governance to support ESG reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in a control and reporting, sustainability data reporting, or data & analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the ESG Reporting Council (ERC) and external consultants to implement ESG data management strategy.
• Support governance across ESG data collection, maintenance and transformation for reporting.
• Help implement ESG data control processes aligning with business strategy; work in a matrix organization.
