Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a role to support the ESG data strategy and governance, collaborating across Sustainability, Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams. You will help implement governance and control processes for ESG data used in reporting and be comfortable working in a matrix organization.

The position requires 2+ years in a related data/controls role and experience with Tableau or Power BI. This hybrid role is based in Purchase, NY, with domestic/global travel about 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years in control/reporting, sustainability data reporting or data analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• U.S. work authorized; indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ESG Reporting Council and external consultants to implement the ESG data strategy.
• Help govern ESG data collection, maintenance and transformation for reporting.
• Support data control processes aligning with business strategy within a matrix organization.
• Travel domestically and globally as needed (~5%).
