U.S. Bank is seeking an Executive Response Specialist to thoroughly research and respond to escalations across Retail Payment Solutions.

You will be required to communicate with customers, cross-train across products, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and other teams to ensure regulatory-compliant resolutions. The role emphasizes high-quality written and verbal communication, attention to policy details, and the ability to diffuse difficult conversations with customers.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Minimum 18 months of customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Research and respond to escalations related to Retail Payment Solutions.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Bankruptcy, Collections, Disputes, Underwriting and other teams to craft compliant responses.
