Job summary

Osaic is seeking a customer service professional in our Equity Trading team. You will support hundreds of Financial Professionals across the country, handling equity and option trades, inquiries, and trade errors with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service, FINRA licenses 7 and 63, and proficiency in MS Office. This position is hybrid, based in Atlanta, with several hub locations and a performance-based bonus component.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with experience considered.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service or contact center experience.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 license required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; basic tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Service the trading needs of representatives for the Osaic Advisor Network
• Process and facilitate equity & option transactions from representatives.
• Field inquiries regarding general knowledge of securities, policies, quotes, and fees
• Diligently process trade errors for firm and representatives
• Timely review of transactions for alignment with market and firm guidelines
• Prioritize information that needs immediate attention.
• Ensure timely follow-up concerning all issues and inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.
