Advisor Group Inc. seeks a Customer Service professional to support Financial Professionals across the country within Equity Trading. You will help with trades, answer policy questions, and guide platform navigation for a broad network of users.
ROLE IS FULL-TIME and based at one of our hubs with a hybrid schedule requiring four in-office days weekly. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses are required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.
Full-time
$55,000 - $70,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. As a member of our organization, you will engage directly with our over 11,000 Financial Professionals across the country, helping them grow and supporting their business. As part of the Equity Trading team, you will work with other team members in equity trading activities such as placing trades, processing trade errors and managing risk, along with providing educational and trade platform navigational guidance. A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach will drive success as you learn and navigate all aspects of Financial Professional support. Your contributions will ensure that our Financial Professionals get best-in-class service in every interaction with Osaic.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
