Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Epic Claims Certified Consultant to join our Advanced Technology Centers. The role involves collaborating with clients, vendor teams, and internal stakeholders to document workflows and translate requirements into functional specifications.

This hybrid position requires three days in the Nashville office with opportunities to work on Epic implementations and billing/revenue cycle projects across healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Epic Claims role.
• Experience and certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Epic Claims.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high level functional specifications.
• Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and others to define metrics and performance goals.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure understanding.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing.
• Participate in quality management reviews of design and performance.
• Assist with system configuration and integration setup and testing activities.
• Serve as intermediary with client Epic team and Accenture tech leads.
