Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Hospital Billing Analyst to drive Epic Resolute configurations and optimize hospital and professional billing processes. You will partner with leadership and analysts to implement updates and establish best practices in a hybrid work setting across Georgia.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in an information systems or clinical informatics field, Epic Ambulatory expertise, and 2+ years in IT within healthcare, with Epic certification pursued within

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT experience in a healthcare environment.
Epic Certification is required (May hire into position without certification, but must attain certification within first 45 days of HHCS sponsored Epic training to continue employment).
Two (2+) years within a progressive information technology organization. One (1+) year of Hospital/Health Care organizational experience.
Complete Epic Ambulatory application system knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others and manage complex workflows.

Responsibilities

Establish priorities for the Epic billing module with leadership.
Assist in implementing Epic Resolute updates and best practices.
Review release notes from Epic for optimization opportunities in hospital and professional billing.
Serve as the go-to analyst for complex build issues and workflow analyses with operations partners.
