Optum is seeking an Epic Professional Billing Claims Analyst to support Resolute Professional Billing Claims operations and revenue cycle transformations. You will partner with revenue cycle teams, billing leadership, and IT to ensure accurate claim submission and timely reimbursement outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification, 4+ years in healthcare, and strong knowledge of KPIs and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Active / current Epic certification in Resolute Professional Billing Claims
• 4+ years of healthcare experience
• 4+ years of Epic analyst role with function and build experience
• 4+ years of knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and process improvement
• 3+ years of direct client healthcare domain knowledge (billing, payment posting, denial management)

Responsabilités

• Maintain and configure Professional Billing claims per client standards
• Translate requirements into functional/technical design specs and review with clients
• Mentor SME to client teams
• Lead Epic upgrades/enhancements to workflows (design, build, test)
• Document design validation, issue escalation, and follow-up
• Liaise between Operations, IT and Third-Party Systems
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as required
• Assist go-lives and system upgrades onsite as needed
• Develop training curricula and materials with trainers
• Adhere to change control and configuration standards
• Build relationships with end users and partners
• Participate in meetings across the facility
