Job summary

Medasource is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager IV for UCSF Health’s Central Pharmacy and laboratory relocation and activation. The role involves coordinating complex healthcare technology implementations, Epic Beaker and Willow deployments, and end-to-end project delivery across clinical, operational, and IT teams.

You will manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications while guiding organizational change and transition planning for a centralized operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMI PMP certification and Epic certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced project management for complex technology projects using industry standards.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Track budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and resources; develop contingency plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, technical, and vendor groups.
• Drive Epic and other technology delivery; support build, integration, testing, activation.
• Ensure operational readiness and go-live planning aligned to business strategy.
