Job summary

Medasource seeks an Epic Rev Cycle Analyst (Flexibility with modules) to join a Florida health system in Jacksonville. This hybrid role combines contract-to-hire responsibilities with a path to SME in Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) and Referrals, focusing on patient access, scheduling, and enterprise access workflows.

The ideal candidate will hold Epic certifications, have 5+ years in patient access or referrals, and demonstrate independent ownership.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in relevant modules (Prelude, HB, PB, Cadence Referral, Bridges, Referrals, Cadence, or MyChart).
• 5+ years of Epic Patient Access, Scheduling, Registration, or Referral workflow experience.
• Proven ability to independently own Epic build and production support.

Responsibilities

• Independently own Epic build and production support for patient access, scheduling, registration, and referral workflows.
• Serve as the primary build resource for Epic modules such as Prelude, Cadence, Referrals, MyChart, and Bridges.
• Lead workflow redesign efforts and support online scheduling initiatives, including MyChart scheduling.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive workflow improvements and optimize patient access and referrals.
