Job summary

Experitec is seeking a Final Control Account Manager - EPC to join our Outside Sales team in Chesterfield, MO. You will act as the primary liaison to local engineering firms, driving profitable EPC opportunities and delivering Emerson Automation Solutions value to customers.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, articulate the value proposition, and develop a regional pursuit strategy across industries like power, refining, and water treatment. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales or engineering work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Outlook email, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in Experitec’s strong team environment.
• Ability to lead customers and internal teams through complex sales.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset.
• Self-motivated with adaptability to work both independently and as a collaborative partner in project work groups.
• Proactive, highly accountable, with ownership of personal outcomes as it pertains to sales goals and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Experitec to local engineering firms.
• Help EPCs increase profit through our technology and services.
• Articulate the Value Proposition to key decision makers.
• Develop and maintain a regional pursuit strategy.
• Coordinate and motivate customers for mindshare on content.
• Lead identification and qualification of opportunities with customer needs in mind.
• Utilize Sales Performance International Solution Selling methodologies for pursuits.
• Develop and implement a pursuit strategy to maximize revenue and profit.
