Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two or more years of sales or engineering work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook email, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment.
• Ability to lead customers and internal teams through complex sales.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with entrepreneurial and strategic mindset.
• Self-motivated with ownership of personal outcomes as it pertains to sales goals and quotas.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the face of Experitec to local engineering firms and articulate the value proposition.
• Develop opportunities with EPCs to increase profits via our technology and services.
• Understand customers’ business, Emerson portfolio, and value statements to generate profit for customer and Experitec.
• Articulate benchmarks and industry standards to key decision makers at customer sites.
• Identify and develop relationships with key customer decision makers.
• Establish fluency in articulating the Value Proposition related to KPIs and initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions between customer and Experitec/Emerson sales teams.
• Document and capture business value through quantified results.
• Develop and maintain a targeting process for opportunity identification within the region.
• Coordinate and motivate customers for mindshare on content.
• Lead identification and qualification of opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Apply SPIS methodologies for pursuits and develop pursuit strategies to maximize revenue.
• This role is part of Outside Sales with the title Final Control Account Manager – EPC.
