Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a Task Order Manager/Data Architect to lead the EOIR Enterprise Data Infrastructure project. You will manage the EOIR EDI task order, supervise a cross‑functional team, and design data pipelines and governance frameworks across on‑prem and cloud environments.

The role requires PMP, 8–10 years IT experience with 5+ as data architect/engineer, and strong communication for executive-level reporting and strategic roadmaps. Hybrid work in the DC area is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related technical field.
Active DOJ Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain.
8–10 years progressive enterprise IT, with 5+ in data architecture/engineering.
5+ years IT PM experience, preferably managing Federal FFP contracts.
PMP certification required.
Active major technical certs (CDMP / AWS/Azure data) highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage the EOIR EDI task order as liaison to CO/COR.
Supervise technical staff; ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables.
Develop documentation: TO management plan, QCP, transition/telework plans.
Monitor progress to meet deadlines, standards, and cost targets on FFP.
Coordinate with contract staff for integrated EOIR IT support.
Lead data infrastructure, governance, engineering, analytics and security teams.
Design enterprise data architecture standards; lead ETL/ELT pipelines.
Drive dashboards and reports using Power BI; enable executive visibility.
Advance data governance, metadata, data dictionaries, and lineage.
Assess current capabilities; create tech-neutral improvement roadmaps.
