Job summary

GHD in Orlando seeks a Technical Director to lead and shape the environmental consulting practice. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary projects, mentor staff, and build client relationships while delivering innovative solutions that meet regulatory and sustainability goals.

The role demands 20+ years in environmental consulting, a geology/earth science background, and a PG license preferred; travel will be required as needed to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Geology or Environmental Science.
• Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred.
• 20+ years in environmental consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and drive project delivery.
• Diagnose client issues and tailor multidisciplinary solutions.
• Lead environmental risk management initiatives and compliance.
• Mentor talent and develop business opportunities and bids.
• Coordinate complex projects with travel as required.
• Oversee bid solicitations and tender responses.
