This role includes a structured training program covering claims evaluation, compensability, medical management, and return-to-work practices. You will help injured workers navigate recovery while building a career in claims.

You’ll learn to evaluate claims, communicate with employers and providers, and support timely benefits delivery in a hybrid schedule with remote and in-office days.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; customer service experience desirable.
• Candidates without a degree must have a HS diploma or GED and 1-2 years in insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Licensing: active adjuster license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Learn to evaluate claims and determine compensability in accordance with laws and guidelines.
• Communicate with employers, injured workers, medical providers, and other parties.
• Authorize and monitor medical treatment and coordinate care with providers.
• Support return-to-work efforts and timely delivery of benefits.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of claim activity.
• Develop skills to independently manage Workers’ Compensation claims as training progresses.
