FedEx is seeking a detail-oriented IT Contract Manager to support the project lead in executing the organization’s strategic plan. The role is hybrid in Memphis, TN / Plano, TX / Pittsburgh, PA, with commuting distance required from those cities.

You will manage IT vendor contracts, assist in business cases, and coordinate with IT owners, asset management, Sourcing, Finance and Legal to ensure contractual objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Five years' IT/business experience including PM, analysis, forecasting or market analysis.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage lifecycle of purchasing agreements for assigned Vendors.
• Maintain relationships with Vendors to ensure communication and collaboration.
• Monitor vendor contracts for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and maintain reports on contract status and vendor relationships.
