Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Value Capture to identify and size enterprise value initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. You will own the front-end of the value lifecycle and partner with executives to define business cases and a prioritized pipeline.

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Enterprise Value Capture, you will shape opportunities from concept to decision, ensuring initiatives are decision-ready and value-backed to deliver maximum enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, transformation, finance, consulting, or enterprise programs
• Strong ability to connect strategy to measurable outcomes
• Experience influencing senior leaders across functions
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping opportunities from concept to decision
• Experience supporting enterprise portfolio governance and value-based prioritization
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise value opportunities aligned to strategic priorities (growth, cost, productivity, risk, capability)
• Translate strategic goals into a structured portfolio of value-generating initiatives
• Own the enterprise value opportunity pipeline for the VP, Corporate Development & Enterprise Value Capture
• Develop value hypotheses, benefit estimates, and assumptions with Finance and leaders
• Define success metrics, value drivers, and leading indicators for each initiative
• Maintain an enterprise-level view of value opportunities across initiatives and programs
• Prepare value-based portfolio insights for executive governance and decision-making
• Partner with the Enterprise PMO to move initiatives into execution
