Job summary

SAI360 is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Manager to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to ensure governance, accountability, and delivery of strategic objectives. The role blends program management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to transform operations at scale.

You will oversee portfolio governance, monitor KPIs, and create executive dashboards while removing roadblocks across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise project management or transformation experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and managing governance processes.
