• 8–10 years leading enterprise technology projects.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/PLM and major platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Advanced Jira expertise.
• Strong Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery knowledge.
• Experience facilitating executive-level governance meetings.
• Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.
• Experience with organizational change management.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise technology implementations and transformation programs.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, operating committees, and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive project governance and decision-making processes.
• Ensure delivery aligns with strategic business objectives.
• Serve as Jira administrator or delivery lead and manage backlogs.
• Partner with architects and technical teams to evaluate solutions.
• Incorporate change management into delivery and adoption strategies.
• Provide advisory support across the project lifecycle.
