West Bend is seeking a Software Engineer for enterprise applications with a strong emphasis on full‑stack development (.NET, React, API design) and modern architecture. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on craftsmanship, testing, and secure, observable agent design.

The role requires experience with microservices, Azure services, and event‑driven patterns, with education in computer science or related fields. Hybrid work with optional onsite collaboration days is available.

Formación

Proficient in .NET, REST and microservices architecture.
Experience with React and React Hooks in a full‑stack context.
Familiar with API specification practices and toolchains.
Knowledge of agentic development including orchestration and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns.
Experience with automated testing (unit/integration/regression) and CI/CD pipelines.
