Wellington Management invites Northeastern students to join as a Legal and Enterprise Risk Management Co‑Op. The role supports the L&ERM Chief Operating Officer team, helping oversee the organization and align with firm goals.

You will gain exposure to governance processes, data reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration. The program emphasizes training across functions, with a December 2026/January 2027 start.

Responsibilities

• Developing and monitoring management reports for the L&ERM Leadership Team.
• Providing project management support on prioritized, global initiatives.
• Support budget processes and expense reporting improvements.
• Assist in daily resource staffing and outsourcing budgeting for the division.
• Support headcount tracking and employee processes including promotions and cycles.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data in Workday.
• Collaborate on business continuity planning and internal communications.
• Work with peers on initiatives spanning technology, real estate, and vendor management.
• Lead ad hoc projects to improve communication and collaboration and streamline practices.
• Track key priorities and advance Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
