Job summary

MFS is offering a Summer Internship program in the United States that lasts 10-12 weeks, starting in June 2027 and ending in August 2027. Interns work full-time (35-40 hours/week) in a hybrid environment with two remote days and three on-site days.

The LCERM team supports enterprise risk management activities, and interns assist with risk technology solutions, updates, process analysis, and project documentation, gaining meaningful exposure to risk controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Attention to details with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• MS Teams and MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of risk technology solutions to enhance risk processes.
• Assist in the development of materials for risk updates across the enterprise.
• Assist in the analysis of existing processes, looking for ways to streamline the workflow and/or improve process controls.
• Assist in review, analysis and tracking of operational risk events reported to ERM.
• Assist in a variety of operational areas, including risk control self‑assessment review and audit controls.
• Work on a significant project as tester in UAT or document controls.
