Corewell Health is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Partner to partner with system leaders to identify, assess, and manage risks across strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory domains. The role emphasizes risk-aware culture, proactive mitigation, and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, health care operations, nursing or related area.
• 7 years of progressive compliance experience and/or clinical or operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise on system-wide and client group initiatives addressing strategic and operational goals.
• Provide strategic compliance guidance to leaders on regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support Compliance Analysts and Specialists.
• Lead or participate in investigations and audits of compliance issues and oversee resolutions.
