Job summary

HarbourVest Partners in the United States is seeking an Associate - Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) who will support the Director with maintaining risk frameworks, incident management, and risk metric development in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in ERM, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to work cross-functionally to implement RCSA processes and risk mitigation plans, including ServiceNow or similar GRC tools.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of enterprise risk management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; ServiceNow or similar GRC tool experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the enterprise/operational risk frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
