Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and five years of relevant professional experience; OR Associate’s degree and three years; OR Bachelor’s degree and one year.
• One year of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, or supporting IT infrastructure including network techs.
• Effective communication skills demonstrated through application materials.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents, service requests, and project tasks.
• Support enterprise switching, routing, wireless, firewall, and related network services.
• Utilize monitoring tools to identify service issues and assist with resolution.
• Escalate issues requiring advanced engineering support and participate in incident response.
• Install, configure, test, validate, and maintain network hardware/software.
• Create and maintain documentation for network devices, configurations, and procedures.
