Qualifications

• Five years designing, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise network systems.
• Five years managing Cisco routers, switches and Cisco Collaboration/VoIP systems.
• Four years managing Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, as well as managing and troubleshooting Wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the network and telecom services.
• Mentor Network Engineers and Administrators on technical skills, documentation, analysis and communication standards.
• Identify, communicate and resolve issues using proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
