Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking an Asset Management Specialist based in Santa Clara, CA, under our Site Operations umbrella. You will own the enterprise-wide asset management program, drive CMMS improvements, and partner with Reliability Engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance and cost efficiency.

You will develop standardized workflows, update asset inventories, and support data-driven decision making to ensure reliable, cost-effective asset lifecycles across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years in asset management or maintenance.
• Strong data analytics and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 standards.
• Proficient in ServiceNow is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for asset management across the organization.
• Establish processes and procedures for maintenance scheduling, repair, and replacement.
• Provide Equipment Lifecycle cost analysis and end-of-life forecasting and replacement cost analysis.
• Configure and maintain the EAM/CMMS, including setting up users, equipment, and work orders; train users.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
