Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking an Operations Asset Specialist in Santa Clara, CA. You will own the enterprise asset management program, drive CMMS optimization, and collaborate with Reliability Engineers and Site Operations to improve reliability and cost-efficiency.

The role requires a B.E. or related degree with 5+ years in asset management; SMRP/ASQ CRE is a plus. Hybrid work model with onsite and flexible days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise asset management or maintenance management.
• SMRP/ASQ CRE a plus; ISO 55000 awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide asset management strategy.
• Maintain EAM/CMMS asset inventory and workflows.
• Provide lifecycle cost analysis and replacement forecasting.
• Train users and support CMMS processes.
• Generate reports and identify asset performance trends.
