Job summary

DTI, the Delaware Department of Technology & Information, seeks an Enterprise Architect to guide the full project lifecycle from requirements through maintenance. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions align with standards and deliver business outcomes, while mentoring junior staff and providing cost estimates for initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partner agencies to implement compliant architectures in a hybrid work environment with telework opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT discipline or related field preferred.
• Six years of experience in two or more Core Technologies.
• At least one year of experience with MS Office and virtual meeting tools.
• At least three years of experience working with customers, partners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Act as enterprise architect across all project life cycle stages from requirements to maintenance.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure solutions meet standards and outcomes.
• Develop cost estimates for solutions and oversee updates to technology standards.
• Mentor less experienced team members as needed.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and DTI teams to integrate compliant solutions.
