Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive architecture development and modernization across networking, data, applications, cloud, and security. You will provide senior technical guidance, ensuring solutions are secure, interoperable, and aligned with mission objectives.

In this hybrid role, you will contribute to roadmaps, collaborate with cybersecurity teams, and mentor junior staff while upholding DoW/Army/DISA standards and zero-trust concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture or Systems Architecture.
• Experience in DoW, Army, DISA or other federal/defense environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and practices (TOGAF, DoWAF, UML/SysML).

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine enterprise architectures across infrastructure, applications, data and security.
• Maintain roadmaps guiding modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity and standardization.
• Provide senior technical insights and recommendations to architects, engineers, and program teams.
• Translate complex architectures into clear diagrams and documentation for technical and non technical audiences.
