Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated seeks an Enterprise Architect, Data & Analytics in a hybrid (50/50) role at its Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD. You will advise leadership, shape architecture strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven technology solutions.

You will influence enterprise architecture roadmaps, guide investments, and explore emerging technologies to improve business outcomes while maintaining regulatory alignment and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years IT/architecture experience.
• Significant business acumen in the CPG industry and data/architecture knowledge.
• Familiarity with information management, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws.
• Knowledge of SOA, APIs, ERP, microservices, and cloud service models (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS).

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural designs and guidance on complex initiatives.
• Advise Product Line leadership on strategy, design, and roadmaps.
• Lead solution architecture aligning with enterprise strategy and standards.
• Develop and communicate architecture principles, guardrails, and security requirements.
• Research emerging technologies and propose cost-effective, flexible solutions.
