Job summary

Sonnax Transmission, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an Enterprise Applications Business Analyst for Bellows Falls, VT. You’ll administer enterprise apps, manage Entra ID access, and configure SSO while collaborating with IT and manufacturing teams to ensure secure, reliable operations.

You will support Service Desk workflows, labeling systems, and data integrations across ERP/WMS environments, contributing to continuous improvement and security governance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support, application administration, or systems support in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production/warehouse settings.
• Familiarity with service desk platforms (incident/workflow automation).
• Basic understanding of IAM and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise applications and cloud platforms used across manufacturing operations.
• Manage identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID with group management and access controls.
• Configure Enterprise Applications and SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Handle user access requests using RBAC and least-privilege principles.
• Support labeling systems and system-level troubleshooting.
