Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in CS/Stats/ML/Data Science or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of AI/ML solution development experience with ML, NLP, LLMs.
• Strong foundation in regression, clustering, trees, neural nets, deep learning, supervised/unsupervised learning.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP libraries; cloud, big data, SQL/NoSQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication; ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI/ML use cases with stakeholders and translate needs into solutions, metrics, and delivery plans.
• Develop and support AI/ML solutions using ML, NLP, Generative AI, and LLM-based approaches.
• Collaborate across data science and engineering to deploy scalable solutions with monitoring and governance.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
